New Favorite Chocolate

I discovered this at Whole Foods when trying what "healthier chocolate" to recommend on the Whole Foods grocery store trip for a chocolate fix that does not have added sugar added, all organic, no dairy, and high percentage of cocoa. Cacao beans are high in antioxidants and can even help lower blood pressure and improve insulin sensitivity. It opens up blood vessels and helps blood to circulate, which is good for your heart. Moderation is still always key, especially those losing weight or even maintaining.
Sweetriot is amazing! The whole bar is 190 calories, but is broken down into four squares. I like that is is really strong, so even one square can satisfy wanting something sweet.
