Run to the Waterfall this Friday!

You don't want to miss this....Run to the Waterfall

If any of the Mission Bay ladies want to drop in on the Carmel Valley class this Friday, you are welcome to join us for this incredible trail run to a beautiful waterfall. You are also welcome to bring a friend for free (even the men are welcome to this class, if they want to join us ladies)

Friday: March 20th 6:15am-7:30am & 8:30-9:45am
Important Information: I would hate for you to come late and miss this awesome workout or not be able to find us. In order to make it there and back in time, it is important that you arrive to class early because we will be leaving the park exactly at 6:15am and 8:30am. You know I like to keep the workouts a surprise, but I'm just so excited about this one I had to let you know, so you don't miss out.

I also have a group leaving class a little earlier at 6am and at 8am, so they can make sure they get there and back by the end of class.

Interstate 5 [EXIT] on to Carmel Valley Road [EAST] go to El Camino Real. Turn [RIGHT] on to El Camino Real [SOUTH] go about 1½ miles to Carmel Mountain Road. Turn [RIGHT] on to Carmel Mountain Road [SOUTH] go to Vista Sorrento Parkway. Turn [LEFT] on to Vista Sorrento Parkway [EAST] go to Ocean Bluff Avenue. Turn [LEFT] on to Ocean Bluff Avenue [NORTH] go to West Ocean Air Drive. Turn [RIGHT] on to West Ocean Air Drive [EAST] go to Calle Mar de Mariposa. Turn [LEFT] on to Calle Mar de Mariposa [NORTH] drive up the hill and the Park is straight ahead.
