April 1st
Routine- love to start my day w/ hot lemon water first thing before eating anything
Breakfast
Steelcut oatmeal (150 calories ) w/ banana and cinnamon (98 calories)
Orange Blossom White Tea
Snack
Larabar- cashew cookie 210 calories
Apple- saved this for later-
FRS- packet 10 calories
Snack
Ezekiel Tortilla w/ Trader Joe's Raw Crunchy Almond Butter (190 calories) - this is really good almond butter
Snack
Apple w/ sprinkled cinnamon (80 calories)
Dinner (all this for only 193 calories)
Simple Salad- mixed greens w/ Italian dressing
3.6 oz Basil Pesto Tilapia (120 calories) over 1 cup spinach, zucchini, asparagus, & garlic
Fish- Frozen Tilapia from Costco I just threw into the oven and added some cut up cherry tomatoes with Italian seasoning and a little olive oil
Veggies- I sauteed asparagus, zucchini, garlic w/ 1/2 spray olive oil over medium/high heat, after a few minutes I added in one cup of spinach until it was slightly wilted
Dessert
Frozen Yogurt- Only 7 - 7 ingredients

I love the hot lemon water!! I even have Steve drinking it with me now -- it's our morning ritual:) haha
