Saturday July 27th


















Light Dinner- Greek Total Zero with a crisp green apple


















Salmon Salad- Kale, Spinach, baby romaine, mixed with 20z Salmon, 1 tablespoon lemon chive dressing, and 1/2 ezekiel tortilla to put some of it in a wrap.


















1/2 Ezekiel tortilla with Applegate Farms turkey
Tons of raw veggies- carrots, broccoli, radish, celery, cucumber with 100k pack of hummus




















Chocolate Protein Shake
8oz unsweetened chocolate almond milk, 2 scoops chocolate fit 236, 7 ice cubes, 1.5 tsp flaxseed oil

















Breakfast-
Egg & Vegetable Pancake
1 egg, 2 egg whites - whisked to make it fluffy
zucchini, pepper, spinach, and garlic
with a side of roasted asparagus (olive oil and sea vegetable salt)

  1. OMG Jessica! This is the BEST shake ever! Max and I made the trip up to Seaside Market on Friday to get the protein powder, so worth it! I made a shake for Phil and he also loved it! My new favorite thing!!!
