I've tried this hemp protein powder before and thought it tasted like earth/dirt, but I tried it again and now I love it. It is refreshing and makes me feel healthy just drinking it.
I put in:
- 1/2 a frozen banana
- unsweetened vanilla rice milk
- 1/4 cup protein powder
- 1 cup spinach
- 7 ice cubes
So far Living Harvest is the best, but I still have more to try.
I tried the Jay Robb chocolate brown rice protein powder and had to throw it out because I didn't want to waste my calories on a bad tasting shake. I will keep experimenting.
