Muesli


Mixing up my pre-workout breakfast meal with:
Bob's Red Mill Muesli
1/4 cup Muesli with 1/4 cup unsweetened rice milk (calories 142.5)

1/4 cup of Muesli has
  • 110 calories
  • 4g fiber
  • 4g protein
  • 6% iron
  • ingredients- whole grain rolled oats, wheat, rye, triticale and barley, almonds, date crumbles, raisins, sunflower seeds, flaxseed, and walnuts


I like these canisters because they are the perfect size for Bob's Red Mill bags.
