Oatmeal Pancakes

Pre-workout Breakfast
4 oz Incredible Vegetable Greens
Hot Lemon H20

Post-Workout Breakfast (388 calories)
I packed this to go, since I wasn't going to be home for a while.
I love these portable containers.
This was the recipe of the week from the newsletter. I love that it is so simple.
  1. banana
  2. rolled oats
  3. agave
  4. water
  5. cinnamon
  6. vanilla
and I topped it with blueberries, strawberries, pecans, and agave.


Another beautiful morning at Mission Bay. Seriously, who doesn't want to join boot camp just to start your day off with a beautiful sunrise over the bay.



Coconut water to hydrate after sculpt fusion yoga.

Lunch (185 calories)
  • Steamed brocolli
  • Daikon Radish
  • Cucumbers
  • 2 tablspoon garlic hummus
  • 2 oz Applegate Chicken
  • Salad w/ 1 tablespoon Annies Tuscany Italian Dressing
Snack (112 calories)
Celery
1 tablespoon almond butter
Strawberry Kombucha (70 calories)


Pre-Dinner
1 cup Annie's Light in Sodium split pea soup 100 calories

Dinner at Ki's in Cardiff
Appetizers- they have such good presentation

I had a little bit of the Ahi and ginger
One of the specials was Sesame Crusted Ahi with with vegetables and brown rice.
I had part of it and saved the rest for lunch the next day. I just love Ki's. I normally like to get the same thing at certain restaurants, but at Ki's I have been trying different entrees each time and every thing I have had there has been healthy and good.
