Spelt Pasta

I recently tried the Vita Spelt Pasta- Spelt Spaghetti.
It has 9g of protein and tastes great.

I really like the shredded zucchini for pasta for a lot less calories and a great way to get in more vegetables. Just shred with a peeler into ribbons and I like to add Italian seasoning, garlic, and a little olive oil in the pan to cook them. It is much quicker than boiling water for pasta. I just added lean ground turkey to the sauce for some protein.
