Amy's Lentils

Amy's Light in Sodium Lentil are a quick and healthy dinner or lunch to have when short on time. I like to have them with brown rice and steamed broccoli. Lentils contain a good source of fiber and protein, which makes them a healthy choice for sure. They may not look that good, but they really do taste good.
