Lydia makes these grainless crackers that are delicious! I got the Italian flavor and topped it with turkey for a snack.
Sorry..not the best picture it was taken in the car. These crackers are made with sprouted seeds and are grainless, gluten free, sugar, and oil free. You can find them in the "raw" section of the health food store.

ReplyDeleteThe turkey shown is one that my husband brought home and it was all that we had at the time, but I don't recommend it. I buy the Applegate Farms Chicken thinly sliced from the deli section at Whole Foods. I think it tastes a lot better than the Turkey and it is good because it is hormone/antibiotic free & nitrate free. You can also buy it in a package, but it is so much fresher when they slice it for you at the store. Enjoy!
