LOVE this book! Michael Pollan  is also the author of the book Food Rules that I recommended a couple of  weeks ago.  He has a great writing style that makes the information  easy to understand and a little humorous.  
 
 It is an eye opening book to see what happens to the food we eat and the  damage it is doing in our body.  He sums up the book in the first  sentence when he says "Eat  Food. Not too Much. Mostly Plants".   
I could not agree with this more and ifyyour body is not responding how it  should, or if you need motivation to start or continue to put good foods  in you body order this today.  
 
 It is a quick 200 page book filled with life changing information.
