My name is Jessica Thomas, owner of Fit 2 Wed, a bridal boot camp. Why the blog? Most of my clients want to lose weight & drop body fat. However, to really see your hard work from busting your butt in class, it is all about what you put in your mouth. You can spend all day in the gym, but eating too many calories, or not making healthy choices, will not make the number on the scale drop. What you put in your mouth is 80% of your results! The blog allows me to show you great new finds, ideas for meals, snacks, dining out, what foods to combine, etc. It also allows me to keep you updated with announcements, info, & motivation. DISCLAIMER I have my degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Health, Fitness,& Nutrition and certified with ACSM & CSCS. I am also a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York and a Certified Health Counselor. I'm a weight loss specialist & have 10 yrs experience in helping people achieve their fitness goals & get to their "love to be" weight the right way with putting good food in your body and working out. However, I'm not a registered dietitian.
