Protein + Vegetables = Perfect Combination

Love these turkey burgers.  Katherine made these for the last day of class.  They are the recipe of the week for the newsletter getting sent out today.  These Turkey Burgers and good because they are loaded with Vegetables and Protein.  Perfect portable snack.  I like to eat them cold, warm, and sometimes dipped in dijon mustard.
