Roast Everything

Roasted Zucchini, Carrots, Sweet Potatoes, & Mushrooms w/ olive oil, sea salt, pepper, and rosemary


Roasted zucchini, yellow squash, red pepper, parsnips, carrots, and asparagus, with 21 seasoning salute, sea salt, pepper, and Bragg's seasoning sprinkle.

 I have been roasting everything.  I mix it up each time by adding different vegetables and seasonings. 
375 degrees 20-40 min depending on how hard the vegetable is
Olive oil, pepper, sea salt, and whatever herbs/spices.
