Fall Session Starts Tomorrow :)

Hi Ladies,

Welcome to Fit 2 Wed! I'm excited to see all the returning ladies and getting to know all the new recruits. 

  What to bring to Class
1. A mat or a large beach towel
2. Water
3. Pen
4. One set of 5# Dumbbells and 10# Dumbbells

What to expect for the first day
Amazing workout and important info to get the best results.
Returning girls- There is no fitness assessment, but your progress in class will be measured so you will know you are improving.

I start right on time, so arrive early.  Make sure you are at the right location and know where the class is held.

What to Wear
  Running shoes and supportive sports bras are a must. Workout clothes and sometimes it is chilly in the morning, so you might want something to keep warm with before we workout.  We will cover this more on the first day.

What to Eat
We will cover this more on the first day, but make sure you don't come on an empty stomach which can lead to low blood sugar and passing out can really hinder your workout time.
On the other hand, be careful about eating too much, which can cause cramps.  Too much fiber and protein takes a long time to digest and steels all your energy to digest your food instead of using that energy to move your muscles.  We will cover this more in class, but if you need ideas check out the blog http://getfit2wed.blogspot.com/ for pre-workout breakfast ideas.  A small amount of complex carbs and protein is a good combination.

Class Times & Locations

We start right on time, so please arrive early.

Class #1- There is another class that meets at the same time. If you are new to class, we will meet by the picnic tables to the left of the bleachers.  If there are men in the group, then you are with the wrong class.

Torrey Hills Park- Carmel Valley
MWF 6:00-7:00am

MW 6:00-7:00pm & Sat. 7:30-8:45am

Tue/Thur 5:30-6:30am & Sat. 7:30-8:45am

Directions:
Playa 2 (Mission Bay)
Playa 2 is also known as Information Cove South, or Playa Pacifica. Playa 2 is located south of the Visitors Information Center and north of the Hilton Hotel on East Mission Bay Drive.

Take I-5 to the Clairemont Drive Exit, head West to East Mission Bay, then south to the parking lots. Turn into the second parking lot near the picnic tables with a blue covering. 

Torrey Hills Community Park

Interstate 5 exit on to Carmel Mountain Rd, exit 32 (from Local Bypass/CA-56). Turn Right onto Carmel Mountain Rd. Turn Right onto Vista Sorrento Pkwy. Turn Left at Calle Mar De Mariposa, past the elementary school, and into Torrey Hills Community Park (drive straight up into the park, we meet by the picnic tables).

Grocery Store Trip:


When: Sun., October 31st, 7:00-8:45am

What: How to read food labels, traps in the grocery store, what to buy, etc.
Where: Point Loma Vons & Trader Joes
            2535 Truxtun Rd. Bldg 29
            San Diego, Ca 92106
* We will meet at the main entrance to the Vons shopping center*  

The ladies that attend boot camp weekend, by far have greater results than those who don't. Start this next 12 week session off right, by setting yourself up for even more success and dramatic results.
