One thing I love about fall is bringing back hot tea. I LOVE all kinds of tea. New favorite is blueberry.
When the weather starts to get colder, it can be easy to not drink as much water, but I find hot tea is a great way to still stay hydrated. If you have a sweet tooth, some of the fruity teas can also satisfy that.
The hardest thing for me now is all the restrictions on what tea's are okay or not okay when pregnant, but for those who are not sip away.
