Pre-workout had 1/2 a banana on the go before boot camp and 1/2 driving home from boot camp. Great for quick energy in the morning.

1/2 cup cantaloupe (30 calories) w/ Spinach, pepper, garlic, and Egg Pancake (106 Calories) This breakfast is a great way to get protein and vegetables in early and is quick to make.

Apple (80 calories)

3oz tuna mixed with 1 tbsp total zero greek yogurt (97.5 calories) with no salt brown rice cake (35 calories)

Kids ZBar (Clif Kids Bar) Chocolate Chip - tastes like a cookie to me. Had in the cooler, so it is nice and cold.

Seared Ahi Tuna (66.7 calories) with simple salad (25 calories) (Romain lettuce with tomato and FF balsamic dressing) with Mashed Cauliflower (44.4 calories) (like mashed potatoes). You should definitely make these!
New recipe- I loved this I steamed the cauliflower, threw it in the vitamix blender with 1/4 cup almond milk, poured it in a Pyrex, sprinkled with paprika, and baked it at 350 degrees for 10-15 min.
