August 20th

1/2 grapefruit - pre-workout 

1/4 cup Greek total zero yogurt with 29g banana = 55 calories

Pumpkin Pancakes- They are so good and really easy to make.  I really like that this recipe only makes one serving and for only 130 calories. - thanks Rosanne
  • 1/4 cup oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup egg whites
  • 1/4 pure pumpkin
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
Just mix and pour on a hot griddle
Mixed 1/2 with 2 tbsp blueberries and 1/2 with one adora calcium to make a chocolate chip pancake.  Topped with 1 Tbsp Agave nectar.  All this for only 230 calories total.

Betty Crocker Traditional brownie mix mixed with pumpkin (no oil or eggs)

Jamba Juice- Berry Fullfilling 16 oz 
Husband brought home for me- busy day on the go all day long
Apple - classic snack 

Lean and Green - Low Cal Albacore Tuna Wrap (tuna mixed with cottage cheese and lots of veggies) 
Talked to the owner today and calories should be available soon.  Plus, two new locations in Carmel Valley & Downtown opening in January.  Had 1/2 the wrap- it is very big.

Kind of hard to find.  It is located near La Jolla Sports Club - this is the outside.

On the go all day- had wrap full of lettuce, cucumber, and tomatoes, but needed more vegetables earlier.  Should have planned better, but such a busy day.  I like when I already have my veggies prepared, so they are easy to grab for days like this.
