It is so freeing to
listen to your body and what your body is calling for and how much your body needs, instead of being a slave to the scale.
Separating out your physical needs from "head hunger" and moderation is key. Listen to those internal cues and ask yourself "
is this a need or a want" before eating. Remember, you will naturally lose weight and have the scale move in your favor when you make
daily choices that are healthy and good for your body. Consistency Counts!
