Pre-Boot Camp Breakfast - Small Banana
Post-Boot Camp Breakfast (246 calories)- So good! 
Breakfast Burrito 
  • 3/4 cup reddi eggs
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup peppers
  • 1 clove garlic
  • La tortilla tortilla (large= 80 cal)
Calories= 186
Plus, 1 cup cantaloupe 60 calories
The eggs with veggies shown are what is inside the tortilla.  

Snack
Lightful shake- Made Bigger
Poured the Lightful Cafe Latte in the Vitamix blender with 1 cup ice and put it in a Togo cup to take with me (thanks for the idea Cathy K.).  90 calories
Lunch
Tuna Sandwich
  • toasted Light Bread (40 calories a slice)
  • one pouch tuna in water (90 cal)
  • 2 Tbsp TJ Fat Free Cottage Cheese (20 cal) 
  • Lettuce 
1/2 cup Cherub tomatoes
I was full after the sandwich and tomatoes, so I saved the Celery and PB for a snack later.
1 Tbsp Pb with 2 celery stalks (64g)= 105 calories


Afternoon Snack- Fage Total Zero Yogurt with an Apple (160 calories)
Pre-Dinner Snack- 1/4 cup Low Fat Tazitiki with 1 cup cucumbers (73 calories)
Dinner - 230.75 calories
4 oz grilled tilapia fillet (squeezed 1/2 a lemon on it) 
Cauliflower Mashed (TJ bag of Cauliflower, steamed, put in Vitamix with 1/4 Unsweetened almond milk, poured in Pyrex, sprinkled with paprika, baked at 350 degrees for 15 min) 
Simple Salad (2 c Romain Lettuce, 1/2 small tomato, 1 tsp ff balsamic) 
Dessert- 1 cup strawberries
