1/2 zen apple bran muffin = 110 cal

1/2 zen = 110 cal

Grilled Asparagus (on panini grill) = 9.2 calories

Dinner Salad

I've been to a lot of weddings and very rarely have I seen really healthy entrees. I should have taken a picture of the whole plate because they served two large breaded chicken breast smothered in hollondaise sauce with rice and these vegetables shown below. I ate the vegetables. The chicken was not worth all those calories because it is made with egg yokes and lots of butter- would have probably hurt my stomach and made me feel heavy.

Luckily, I planned ahead and stashed a MoJo bar in my bag. Ate this instead.
