Pre-workout 1/2 banana (41g=35 cal)


Lightful Shake - Cafe Latte- Driving home after boot camp

Love to get my vegetables in early. Breakfast = 290.7 calories
3oz steamed broccoli, 1 cup zucchini, 1 spray olive oil
Oatmeal
  • 1/4 c. oatmeal
  • 2 tbsp wheat berries
  • 1/4 c. blueberries
  • 2 tbsp fat free cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp flax seed
  • 1 tsp wheat germ


Seriously, panini grill is great!
La Tortilla Factory Tortilla + 1 tbsp peanut butter + 1/4 tsp agave + 10g sliced banana
Calories= 163.53


2 mini turkey meat loafs (made in a muffin pan) + 1 tbsp TJ BBQ sauce (Turkey Meatloaf = 85.75 calories each)

Out to lunch at Olive Garden- Dry Salad with Low Fat Dressing on the side (had 3 bowls of this salad. It is so good!)

2 c. zucchini & yellow squash, 4 mushrooms, 1/2 c. classico spinach garlic sauce, turkey meatloaf


Boot Camp Girls Night In
Love these Summer made Fiber One breaded Zucchini (7 calories each)

I love getting to try lots of healthy new food. Seriously, what other party can you go to full of healthy food and know all the nutrition information.
Carrot Curry soup, Chicken Skewer, Zucchini, chicken and cucumber tazitiki
Summer also made this yummy mini cupcake (70 cal) made with applesauce, lemon, and egg whites.

Broke off the top of this zen muffin (110 calories)

Came home and my husband surprised me with my favorite frozen yogurt he brought home from the Green Apple (Shared with Dan and saved 1/2 for later)
