Pre-workout Breakfast (ate 1/2 and sliced up 1/2 for my wrap after class)
Easy to grab & go

To make it easy I just lay some foil on the counter, one Ezekiel tortilla, 1 tbsp almond butter, and 1/2 banana sliced, fold over, wrap up, and run out the door. Packed this to eat after class
Post-Workout Breakfast





Had a party at our house. Decided ahead of time to skip out on the pizza, cesar salad, and homemade ice cream, that I knew would not make me feel so great afterward. Plus, I'm used to eating dinner so early, so to wait until 7pm I would have been starving. So I just ate this amazing before hand, which allowed me to be the hostess, play with the babies, and socialize.

Love the new La Tortilla Factory Tomato Basil Wraps! They have lots of flavor. I made eggs whites, steamed broccoli, sauted zucchini, 2 tbsp fat free cottage cheese, and torn the tortilla up into 4 pieces and made mini wraps fully loaded with everything.
All this for only 268 calories!

Snack - sipped on all day. I mix one packet of protein & fiber mix that is sugar free and 25 calories in 20 oz. shaker. Throughout the day I pour some in my cup and dilute it with more water. Tastes good and keeps me full.

Snack- Love celery and PB. Had 1/2 light English Muffin with PB. Seriously, rarely does a day go by without eating almond or peanut butter. I definitely measure this yummy stuff out!
Dinner- Amazing Salad! I also had a side of cauliflower mashed potatoes, that's what that is at the top of the plate.

- 1/2 Roma tomato
- 3.5 oz chili lime tilapia (from Costco- frozen section)
- 2 tbsp black beans- no salt added
- 2 tbsp corn- no salt added
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
All this for only 252.5 calories + 44 calories w/ cauliflower

I love almond / peanut butter too much as well. Not one day goes by without my eating it as well. Great idea for the tortilla wrap, I will def try that one!
