ReplyDeleteSeriously...you should see what he eats. It is unbelievable after all those extreme workout he still has all that muscle and weighs the same.
Important Message to all the boot campers or anyone trying to lose weight....
It just goes to show that you can exercise all day long, but if your calories in are not less than your calories burned, your weight will not go down and the number on the scale will stay the same.
