Ironman Dan Countdown - Only 5 more days till race day!

I'm so excited and proud of my husband Daniel who is in his last week of training and resting for the Ironman race in Las Vegas on November 9th. The Ironman distances are a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike ride, and a 26.2 mile run.

It is amazing to think about what you can do in just 12 weeks! Here are the hours and distances for his training these past 12 week leading up to the race. Crazy...Just Crazy...

La Jolla Challenged Athlete Half Ironman

  2. Yeah! I'm so happy you are going to Vegas! Can't wait to see you and baby Allie.
    Seriously...you should see what he eats. It is unbelievable after all those extreme workout he still has all that muscle and weighs the same.
    Important Message to all the boot campers or anyone trying to lose weight....
    It just goes to show that you can exercise all day long, but if your calories in are not less than your calories burned, your weight will not go down and the number on the scale will stay the same.
