Calorie Calculator & Goal Tracking Sheets

Hi Ladies,

Just a reminder to put your info into the calorie calculator that was emailed out yesterday.
This will allow you to calculate how many calories you need daily based on your physical activity and desired goals. Please do this ASAP and have it done by Saturday's Nutritional Seminar. I also recommend printing this out and taping it in your journal above or below your goal tracking sheet (if there is room).

For your Goal Tracking Sheets, please do the following:

Please print them out and tape them on the last page of your journal (page across from your raffle tickets).
This goal sheet is for your weekly weight-in. Every MONDAY morning, after going to the bathroom, and before eating, jump on the scale and check your weight.
Why Monday? For even more motivation to eat healthy over the weekend, especially with social events, eating out, or just being out of your weekly schedule. The weigh-in day is MONDAY, please don't pick your own weigh-in day.

What to Write
- Write down your weight
- Check off if you met your goal or not
- Write the number of pounds you are behind or ahead of your goal

Why is this important?
You don't want to realize at week 6 when you come back to see me for your measurements that you are exactly the same as when you started, or at week 12 to finish boot camp and not reach your goal. If you are tracking your progress, it can be motivating to be accomplishing your goal each week. However, if you are having a hard time reaching or meeting your goal, please come to me before it is too late and we can look at your journal or talk about other ways to help your achieve the results you want.

I am very excited to have all of you in this class and look forward to the next 12 weeks!:)
