I had a great trip to Whole Foods and found a lot of substitutions for foods that I can't eat.
I was so excited to have found a soy free Earth Balance.
I also got the So Delicious Unsweetened Coconut Milk. It has 50 cal for one cup. I have been using the unsweetened vanilla rice milk, which is so good, but it is 130 cal.
This is really thick and I like it on my steel cut oatmeal. It has zero sugar and provided MCFA.
I also found a yogurt made with coconut milk :)
It has way more sugar that I like, but it tastes like dessert and is a good substitute for now.
