Toasted Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients:
  • 1 medium pumpkin
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder (optional)

Directions:

  • Scoop seeds from pumpkin until all pulp is removed. A medium pumpkin should be about 1 cup of seeds.
  • Dry seeds and spread on cookie tray.
  • Sprinkle with salt, chili powder, and garlic powder.
  • Toast at 300 degrees for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes to avoid burning.
Makes about 1 cup
