It was Dan's birthday on Tuesday and he loves rice crispy squares. The problem is rice
crispies have high fructose corn syrup. So I made a healthier version with 6 cups brown rice
crispies, 4 cups vegan marshmallows, and 3 tbsp Earth Balance.
And they turned out :)
Some of my recipes are experimental and don't always turn out, so I'm always happy when they do.
