I'm all about quick, healthy food. Having these wild salmon burgers on hand in the freezer makes it easy when I don't have time to cook. I like that I can take them straight from the freezer to the skillet or BBQ and not have to thaw it out.
I like to crumble the salmon on my salads.
I also made this asparagus soup. I think it is fantastic, but my taste is so different, that I just need someone else to taste it and see how they like it before I post the recipe on the NL.
