Kale for Breakfast

Quick and Easy- I throw some de-stemed kale in a skillet with coconut oil, a little garlic, and a sprinkle of Eden Organic Seaweed Gomasio until wilted.

I add the eggs with the yokes still in tack (runny).  It is healthier for your body to not cook the yokes, so poaching or still leaving them runny provides a better source of protein and essential fatty acids as well as the full benefit from all the nutrients in the yoke.  The runny yokes actually taste really good with the kale. 

I put a little fresh ground pepper on the eggs.  

Good way to get some greens in my body in the morning so I'm in a good mood all day :)
