Quick, easy, and delicious breakfast

I feel like I'm always posting the same things I will try to mix it up a little bit, but I love this breakfast

two large handfuls of kale (de-stemmed) sauteed with little bit coconut oil, red pepper flakes, and garlic
1 runny egg with sea vegetable sprinkle on it
& Berries

So quick and easy.  I always feel better when I get greens and protein in for breakfast.

  1. I just found your blog and Im excited to see this post. I have been searching for "paleo bride" blogs as I am planning my upcoming March 2012 wedding. I've recently discovered paleo and am trying to shed 50 pounds for my upcoming nuptials. I have the hardest time getting enough green into my diet. I have no problem with protein and fat but feel that the lack of vegs may be hurting my progress. Any tips on weight loss an paleo?
