recent favorite post-workout snack

I've been loving Fage Greek yogurt with banana slices for my post-workout snack.
Don't let the calories and fat scare you on the 2%.  The combination of the protein (20 grams!), fat, and the carbs and potassium from the banana is great to refuel post-workout and to stay full forever cause the protein and fat is so high.
